Arrears Account

SNAP Account's arrears account does not require a deposit from you.

Rather, we bill you once a week for any services used, plus a small service charge of 2% if paid by Direct Debit, 3% if paid by any other method.

Payment terms are seven days.

Deposit Account

SNAP Account's deposit account requires payment up-front of a security deposit which we hold on your behalf and do not use to pay off your invoices.

This will be returned to you in full if you ever decide to close your account and you do not owe us any money.

While using a deposit account, you will be billed once a week for your use of services without any service charge added.

Payment terms are seven days. PLEASE NOTE: Until this deposit is paid you will automatically be on an arrears account.
